BMF annual HOA owners meeting:  2024 HOA Meeting Minutes

​

Architectural Review Committee (ARC):  The committee has prepared a document which highlights the existing Architectural Guidelines for all 3 phases. Submit plans for new construction or remodeling prior to construction for approval.

​

HOA Dues Notice:  2024 HOA dues will be due by July 20. Dues are late as of August 23rd. Liens will be filed on September 30th for any outstanding dues.  Dues page link

911 addresses are completed.  Owners will be getting a mailing indicating their lot's 911 address.

 

Owner Address updates:  please notify us of any mailing address changes so you do not miss out on mailings.

​

New community mailbox has been installed. Let us know if you are interested in using it.  We will need to register the box and address with the USPS in Pineville prior to use.

​

The BMF keypad - new gate codes coming to front and back gates. More information to follow. Please contact Curtis Combs for the gate code. 606-670-1214.

Brush Mountain Farms Animals

Bears are active in the community. Use caution. Do not approach or feed bears. Bears will chew salt-treated wooden siding. See this article for more information.

​

The 2024 elected board members are Tom Kitzmiller, John Neely and Joe Ferowich. Each member will serve 3 years.

  • 2021: April - Boones Ridge Visitor Center building construction has resumed.  Please take time to visit their beautiful new website: www.boonesridge.com.

  • 2020: October - Appalachian Wildlife Center renamed as Boone's Ridge.  Article

  • 2020: March - The waterline Project for the Appalachian Wildlife Park has started. The contractor has one year to complete.
